Refund Policy

1. Subscription Protocol

Monthly SaaS subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the billing dashboard. Refunds for partial months are generally not provided unless required by regional law.

2. Lifetime Licenses

Due to the immediate digital delivery and full system unlock of the Founder's Edition, we offer a strict 7-day technical evaluation period. If the engine does not meet your engineering specs, contact support for a full reversal.

3. Reversal Process

Initiate a refund request via info@lukemounthill.com. Please include your session ID and reason for the protocol termination.
