Our Promise
We want you to be happy with RhymeFlux. If it is not right for you, we offer a straightforward refund process. No complicated forms, no runaround.
Monthly Plan
You can cancel your Monthly subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for partial months, but your access continues until the billing period ends.
Annual Plan
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your Annual subscription. This gives you two weeks to try everything and decide if it is right for you.
After 14 days, no refunds are issued. You can cancel at any time and your Pro access will remain active until the end of your annual billing period.
Lifetime Plan
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of purchase. Since this is a one-time payment with permanent access, we encourage you to fully test the product during this window.
After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at welcome@rhymeflux.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our reseller, Paddle.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Language Limitations
The RhymeFlux rhyme highlighting and syllable counting features are built for English phonetics (US, UK, Australian, and Canadian accents). These features will not work accurately in other languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese. The AI Co-Writer can generate ideas in multiple languages, but the core rhyme engine is English-only. We recommend testing the free plan before purchasing to confirm the app meets your needs.
