Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RhymeFlux, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

2. What RhymeFlux Is

RhymeFlux is a web-based writing tool for songwriters, rappers, and lyricists. It provides real-time rhyme matching, syllable counting, AI writing suggestions, and audio recording features. The service is available through your web browser at app.rhymeflux.com.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Do not share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use RhymeFlux.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at welcome@rhymeflux.com.

4. Your Content

You own everything you write in RhymeFlux. Your lyrics, notes, and audio recordings are your intellectual property. We do not claim any ownership over your creative work.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not use RhymeFlux to create content that is illegal, threatens violence, or infringes on someone else's rights.

5. Free and Pro Plans

RhymeFlux offers a free plan and paid Pro plans. The free plan has feature limits as described on our Pricing page.

Pro plans are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel. Monthly and Annual plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to Pro features for as long as RhymeFlux operates. Your use of the service is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

6. AI Features

The AI co-writer feature uses Google Gemini to generate suggestions. AI suggestions are provided as creative assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and using any AI-generated content.

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique. We recommend reviewing all suggestions before using them in published or commercial work.

7. Availability

We aim to keep RhymeFlux available at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will try to give notice before planned downtime when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

RhymeFlux is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, missed deadlines, or damages resulting from using or being unable to use the service. While we take data protection seriously and use local-first storage, you should always keep your own backups of important work.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your cloud data will be permanently deleted. Local data on your device will remain until you clear it.
